Women Caught With Cocaine In Their Vagina At Lagos Airport


Two women have been apprehended by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for ingesting cocaine, packing some on their underwear and also inserting them in their private parts. The two women, who are housewives, were found to possess 2.635 kilogrammes of cocaine at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, while attempting to board a Qatar Airways flight to China.

The NDLEA commander at the Lagos Airport, Mr. Hamza Umar, described the suspects as desperate traffickers saying: “These women are curiously desperate for ingesting drugs, packing some on their bodies and inserting in their vagina. The first one, Alaka Deborah Uzoma, 47 years old, was found with 1.180 kilogrammes of cocaine. She inserted 260 grammes of cocaine in her private part and ingested 60 wraps weighing 920 grammes.

Banker Crushed To Death By BRT Bus


A banker by name Segun Ajisebutu was Tuesday, crushed to death after being knocked down by a BRT bus at Palmgrove bus-stop, Lagos, while he was dashing across the BRT lane.

The incident reportedly occurred around 6am, under Palmgrove pedestrian bridge when the victim was going to his place of work, a new generation bank.

The incident was said to have resulted in traffic jam which took over the BRT lane for hours until the arrival of law enforcement agents who restored normalcy.

Bidding Adieu To The Famous Paris Love Locks



Paris began to bid adieu to its famous love locks on Monday — and with them, years of lovers' memories. City workers cut hundreds of thousands of the tiny locks from the iron grillwork on the sides of the Pont des Arts bridge; they used a crane and wheeled dollies filled with the signed trinkets. Soon, clear plexiglass will replace the grills.

And though the locks may be gone, the keys will still rest forever in the Seine River below.

Twitter Bot Corrects You Every Time You Misgender Caitlyn Jenner


A Twitter bot named @she_not_he has been activated to correct users who misgender Caitlyn Jenner. Whenever users refer to Jenner in their tweets using the pronoun "he," the bot will tweet a response reminding them to use Jenner's now-preferred female pronouns.

The former athlete and television personality Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, began her final gender transition in early 2015, undergoing breast augmentation and facial reconstruction surgery. She made the decision to officially introduce herself as Caitlyn and go by female pronouns on June 1, when Vanity Fair published a profile about her experience.

Riley and Emily Portie were riding a motorcycle on May 24 when they were struck and killed by a drunk driver in Orange, Texas.

Eric Ellison, an officer for the Orange Police Department, went to the couple's residence to inform their youngest son, Kazzie Portie, of the tragic news.
