Jilted Woman Punishes Ex-Lover With Hot Water

A lady, Josephine Oriwoh, is in police custody for allegedly bathing her former lover, Charles Ajayi, with hot water in the Owutu, Ikorodu area of the state.

It was learnt that both Ariwo, who was arrested on Saturday by the Owutu Police Division, and Ajayi were students of a university in Edo State.

It was gathered that the two had travelled separately from Edo State to Lagos to attend a wedding of Ajayi’s elder sister in Ikorodu.

It was learnt that Ajayi, who had severed the relationship with Oriwoh, came to the occasion with another girlfriend, identified only as Ogechi.

Ajayi later learnt that his elder sister had also invited Oriwoh, who she (the sister) thought was still his lover.

On the fateful day, Ajayi and Ogechi were said to be asleep in a room in the house, while they heated water in a bucket.

My Husband Is Sexually Weak - Wife Tells Judge

A woman has prayed a Lagos court to end her marriage of 8 years as a result of her husband's inability to satisfy her sexually. 

According to The Nation, a 39-year-old fashion designer, Mrs Farotimi Titilayo, has appealed to a Lagos Customary Court sitting in Ikorodu to dissolve her eight-year-old marriage over alleged neglect and sexual denial by her husband.

The 39-year-old, who resides at Nosiru Street, Eyita in Ikorodu area of the State told the court that her husband identified as Amos, denies her sex before they both separated.

She said:

“My husband was sexually imbalance before I left him in 2011; I reported him to his family but they pleaded on his behalf.

Man Seeks To Dissolve a 16-Year Old Marriage After His Brother Slept With His Wife

A young man named Ojo Owoeye, a timber contractor has prayed the court to dissolve his 16-year old marriage after he nabbed his wife having sex with his younger brother.

Owoeye was initially charged to the Akoko Customary Court in Ondo State, by his wife Bola Owoeye, for not giving adequate care to her and their three children, but events went south when he revealed the extra-marital affair his wife had with his younger brother.

He admitted to the charge of not caring for his family which he attributed to an intentional act to pay his wife back for sleeping with various men which included his younger brother.

He said: “My lord, my wife is adulterous and sleeps around with different men, including my own brother. There was a time that I came home from a journey at about 9 pm and met my wife naked with only her wrapper around her chest, sitting on my younger brother’s lap.”

Naeto C and Wife Celebrate 3rd Wedding Anniversary

Nigerian hip-hop star, Naetochukwu Chikwe aka Naeto C and his wife Nicole, on July 21, celebrated three years of marital bliss.

The 32-year-old son of former Aviation Minister and PDP National Woman leader, Chief Kema Chikwe and his model wife, former Miss Nicole Chukwueke, got married in a lavish wedding ceremony in Lagos that had the high and mighty of society in attendance, including former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

Infidelity In Marriage : Your Take ?

A childhood friend came around, while we were gisting and catching up with old times, the issue of infidelity in marriage came up. She  was telling me how she caught her husband pants down with one of her employees and how she sent the girl away, forgave her husband and made it looked like it never happened.

She has a different opinion from mine considering infidelity in marraige. She believes once you get married, you must do everything it takes to keep the marriage together, as death is the only escape route, so you must keep enduring even if your partner is not making you happy. 

I believe marriage is to be enjoyed and not to be endured, you should be happy in your marriage; If your spouse is not making you happy and you have tried to make him/her know how you feel and what you want, then you should find a way to make yourself happy even if it means getting out of the marriage.

I can’t deal with a cheating husband, the home will never be the same again once my husband is caught cheating more than twice. If you can cheat the first time, second and third time, then you will continue cheating. Thank God I have never caught my husband cheating, I pray for him everyday never to go astray. 

I will definitely forgive him but it will take him a long time to earn my trust again, if you are cheating then you must lie to cover your tracks. I will have to verify everything you tell me because i will assume you lie even when you are telling the truth. I will start checking your phone logs, your movement and so on  which is not healthy for the home we are trying to build.

Another thing is the intimacy, in my past relationships, a cheating partner irritates me. I won’t even allow you hold my hands if you are a chronic cheater and liar, let alone kissing or going further because i don’t know if you are using protection with the other women you are sleeping with or not and I wouldn’t want to catch an STD from you. Now imaggine a marriage without intimacy, it will definitely hit the rock.

Finally I will become less supportive in issues of finace, i will put in less effort in generating joint income and keep my money and ideas to myself because it is in my subconcious that you are spending money on another woman, therefore my efforts are for your other women. 

Well she said my reactions are too hash as men are bound to cheat and women are meant to be faithful, take care of the home and the children. I have 1001 opportunities to cheat everyday, men ask me out everyday but i chose not to cheat because i know it will have a negative effect on my home. Why can’t my partner choose not to cheat also?

General Overseer of Holy Church of God's wife, Glory Ibeh, has accused her husband, Pastor Amadi Ibeh, of several allegations of adultery and infidelity, seeking a divorce, as she drags him before an Ojo customary court.

She also accused her husband of sleeping with many of the church’s female members, battering, lack of respect as well as neglect of his duties as a husband and father. She told the court that the cracks in their 7-year old marriage became expanded when she started noticing unusual closeness between her husband and some female members of the church.

“At first, I mistook their closeness for maybe follow-up on deliverance or counselling. Then I started hearing rumours of how he has been desecrating the house of God by having carnal knowledge of some of his prayer partners. I openly confronted him and he denied it vehemently.”

After the first encounter, all efforts to make her husband stop unholy dalliances, she said, was unsuccessful as the actions of the man of God, began having effects on the church and was at the verge of tearing the house of God apart.

She said that anytime she confronted her husband on the allegations of desecrating the house of God, she got the beating of her life.

Jenny Tay, 29, and Darren Cheng, 30, who both work as undertakers, say that the concept of death is as important to them as ever, even when it comes to saying 'I do'.

Jenny, who is a Buddhist, told the Straits Times: “When couples take wedding pictures, many of them think of something significant and meaningful to them – their favourite cafe, the place where they first met. Both of us are very passionate about our jobs, so I thought, why not?”

She also said that she was keen for people to become more comfortable with death, as the daughter of a renowned undertaker who often hosts funerals for murder victims and those who die in poverty.
