PDP Chieftain, Fani Kayode, has said that the former chairman of the EFCC, Nuhu Ribadu should be next chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
You would recall that the former National Chairman of the party, Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu, resigned from his position on Wednesday, May 20 following his failure to deliver victory at the 2015 general elections.
Mallam Nuhu Ribadu was the Chairman of the Petroleum Revenue Task Force and a former Nigerian government anti-corruption official.
He was also the pioneer Executive Chairman of Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the government commission tasked with countering corruption and fraud.
Ribadu lived in exile until 2010 when he returned to Nigeria and declared his intention to run for president under the platform of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN).
In August 2014, he defected to PDP with the intention to run for the Governorship of Adamawa State.

Olufemi Olu-Kayode @realFFK
The best thing that our great party the PDP can do now is to draft in @NuhuRibadu as our National Chairman. We need credibility and strength.
